• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. Tradoi Systems Pvt Ltd may assign these Terms freely.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tradoi Systems Pvt Ltd regarding your use of Trade in Bharat.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform. Continued use of Trade in Bharat after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform.
